Government Fitouts for Functional, Secure and Professional Facilities

Government Fitouts, Refurbishments and Building Upgrades

Airey Building Group delivers government fitouts across South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast and Brisbane, and into the Northern Rivers. Our government work covers office refurbishments, operational facilities and public-facing spaces, and our completed government fitout projects include the Police Beat at Burleigh Heads for the Queensland Police Service.

Safety, accountability and quality are the focus at every stage of our government projects, and we work closely with government project managers, consultants and government stakeholders. On site, we carefully coordinate site access, safety requirements, occupied areas and operational restrictions. We also provide detailed scopes, project programmes, progress reporting, variation management and handover documentation.

The Airey Building Group Fitout Process

Our three-step pre-construction process takes public sector fitouts from the first consultation through design and costing to a final review. Your project moves into construction only once the scope of works has been reviewed and approved.

We start by understanding how the facility will be used and what the project requires. We also look at the existing conditions, any operational considerations, and your timeframe and budget.

We develop the design and scope around the project requirements agreed during the consultation. You then receive an itemised scope of works and a cost breakdown for the project.

You review the scope of works and give your approval. Once it is approved, the project moves into construction and our team begins work on site.
