We review your tenancy, brand requirements, customer flow, operational needs, budget and required opening date. We also identify approval requirements, existing-site conditions and any restrictions imposed by the landlord or shopping centre.
Our team coordinates the layout, product displays, point-of-sale areas, lighting, joinery, services, finishes and signage requirements. You receive a detailed Scope of Works clearly outlining the project inclusions and costs.
Once the scope, budget and program are approved, our construction team coordinates site access, procurement, specialist trades, quality control and progress reporting. The completed store is inspected, cleaned and prepared for handover and trading.

Completed over 6 weeks, Airey Building Group completed the commercial fitout of the Bootleggers Worongary 158m2 tenancy, delivering a bold retail environment with durable finishes, custom joinery and a strong black interior theme.

After reviewing your space and project brief, Airey Building Group can prepare a detailed Scope of Works and transparent quotation outlining the project inclusions.
Many retail fitouts take approximately four to twelve weeks to construct, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Additional time may be required for design, pricing, landlord approval, building approval and procurement of long-lead items. ABG will develop a project-specific program before construction begins.
Yes, where the project scope and site conditions allow. ABG can develop a staged construction program to help your business continue trading during selected parts of the works. Safe separation, customer access, noise, dust and high-impact activities must be carefully considered.
Yes. ABG can coordinate after-hours, weekend or staged works where required to reduce disruption to customers and business operations. Any restrictions, additional costs and shopping-centre or landlord requirements will be discussed during project planning.
