Step 1: Consultation, Project Goals and Budget

As an end-to-end fitout solutions expert, our mission is to unite your vision for your office fitout with the realities of the construction process, financials and timeframes.

In this stage of your fitout project, we collaborate with you to determine the needs of your business and goals for your project. If unknown, we can support you to establish budget predictions that align with the vision for the project. Desired timeframes for constructions and completion are also established in this stage.

Step 2: Design and Costing

Our expert design team get to work evaluating your existing space and desired project outcomes to create a project design that aligns with your agreed budget and desired timeframes.

We create a cohesive plan for every briefed element of your project including, but not limited to the interior layout, furniture, colour selections, integrated workplace technology, critical services, governing regulations and restrictions and most importantly, employee satisfaction and client experience.

You are provided with an itemised Scope-Of-Works (SOW) document outlining the costs of your office fitout to ensure you understand your project inclusions.

Step 3: Review, Approve and Commence

We collaborate with you to ensure your SOW includes all desired outcomes for your new office fitout.

Once all project inclusions have been determined, agreed and approved, your new office fitout moves to our construction management team for construction and delivery.
